1. Return Window
You can return most products within 14 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be returned with the original packaging, tags, and invoice.
Some items like personal care, perishables, or customized products are non-returnable (unless damaged or defective).

4. Refund Process

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 working days.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery.
